Can I extend the length of my existing home massage session?

If you would like to extend the length of your existing home massage session, it may be possible depending on the availability of the massage therapist and whether there are any bookings scheduled after your appointment. To extend your session, simply book another appointment online and indicate that you would like to continue your massage. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and ensure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience

What happens if the masseuse is late for my home massage appointment?

At Sukun Wellness, we understand the importance of punctuality and strive to arrive on time for all home massage appointments. In the rare event that a massage therapist is running behind schedule, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the full amount of time for your appointment. This may involve extending the appointment duration or rescheduling the appointment for a later time. However, if our massage therapist is more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we will provide a full refund for your session.

What equipment and supplies do you provide for the home massage service?

We provide everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing home massage experience, including massage oils, a massage bed, towels, and a bed sheet. Our experienced massage therapists bring all of these supplies with them to your home so that you can enjoy a hassle-free massage experience. If you have any specific requests or preferences for the type of massage oil used, please let us know in advance when you schedule your appointment.

What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

Please let us know when booking your massage (under the comments section) if you have any allergies or sensitivities to oils or other products so that we can accommodate your needs. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic oils that are safe for most skin types, but we can also use unscented oils if preferred.
